Command Center.

A grade for your Salesforce org, the findings behind it, and a 90-day plan you can budget. Then hourly and daily monitoring with alerts, so it stays that way.

61checks in five areas, 36 of them scored against a healthy range
54monitors running hourly and daily, with alerts by email, Slack or Microsoft Teams
0changes to your org, ever. Every check is a query.

The review

One number you can defend.

The Org Health Index scores the org from 0 to 100 and grades it A to F. Behind the number sit 61 checks in five areas: 36 scored against a healthy range, and 25 that describe your org. Each finding shows the observed value, the healthy range, the goal, the affected items and the steps to fix them.

A

Security

Salesforce's own Security Health Check plus what it does not show: who holds admin-level permissions, the connected apps people have granted access, dormant logins, and where sensitive personal and health data likely lives.

B

Storage, licenses and cost

Data and file storage and when each will fill up, licenses paid for and not used, with integration accounts and people who still own scheduled work set apart, and what it all adds up to in dollars.

C

Data model, usability, automation and code

Fields nobody fills, duplicate records, flows without descriptions or on old API versions, Apex test coverage, AI agents and what they can reach, and Salesforce retirements that affect your org.

The monitors

Then it keeps watching.

Fifty-four monitors run hourly and daily against every org with monitoring on. Thresholds can be tuned per org. An alert opens when one trips, carries a due date, and closes itself when the org recovers.

API calls, data and file storage, and fourteen other org limits
Failed Apex jobs, failed flows and scheduled jobs in error
Apex queues backing up and flows paused too long
Certificates expiring, remote sites still on http
Login failures, lockouts and logins from new countries
Security Health Check score drops and high-risk settings
Changes to admin-level access, and users with Modify All Data
Public sharing on sensitive objects
Sensitive setup changes, and any change outside your release windows
Installed packages and integration configuration that change
Dormant, frozen and never-used logins, and unused licenses
Apex test coverage and classes on old API versions
Record growth, duplicates, ownership skew, and files filling up
Release updates due, maintenance ahead and Salesforce instance status

How it works

Ten minutes to connect. Your first grade the same day.

Your admin, once

Connect

Create a small External Client App in Salesforce, paste its key and secret into the Command Center, and approve the connection. No package is installed and no user is created.
Automated

Review

The review reads the org's own APIs, runs the 61 checks and writes the report: what we found, why it matters, what it costs, and the 90-day plan.
You, when it matters

Watch

Monitors run hourly and daily, and alerts reach the people you choose. The review runs itself each month, and the executive brief lands in your inbox.

Read-only by design

Built for organizations that control access carefully.

1

Every check is a query

The connection reads metadata, limits and counts. The Command Center never writes, deploys, runs code or exports records. On the Free plan the connection is revoked when the review finishes, or after the 7-day monitoring trial if you keep it.

2

Never a customer or patient record

The review counts and measures. It does not read the contents of a single Account, Contact or Case. Start with a sandbox if you prefer, and connect production when you are ready.

3

Your people, your roles

Owners, admins, members and viewers, plus an auditor seat that sees only the compliance evidence and ends on the date you choose. Invite your own team, decide who sees alerts, and take the access away yourself when you want to.

The report

Plain language, with the evidence attached.

A cover you can hand to a board, the score at a glance, a section per area with what we found and why it matters, the money at stake, the 90-day plan with fix steps, and an appendix that shows how every number was read. Every monthly review also comes with a two-page executive brief.
